TERMS OF USE FOR GOLDEN DOG INTERACTIVE, SAS

Welcome to Golden Dog Interactive, SAS (“Golden Dog Interactive”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Golden Dog Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Dog Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Dog Interactive, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (i) use of the Services; (ii) violation of these Terms; (iii) violation of any rights of any other person or entity; or (iv) breach of any applicable laws.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Eastern Republic of Uruguay, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Montevideo, Uruguay.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Dog Interactive regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
10.2 Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
10.3 Waiver:
No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Golden Dog Interactive to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
